1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to AI Stage Coach ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Stage Coach mobile application ("App") and related services provided by AI Stage Coach LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use AI Stage Coach. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to accept these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of an organization.
3. Description of Services
AI Stage Coach provides digital training assistance for competitive and recreational pistol shooters. The App uses on-device artificial intelligence to analyze target photos and shooting videos, connect Results Review with Execution Review, and track performance metrics.
The App currently offers two service tiers:
- Free Version: One Results Review and one Execution Review per month, basic analysis, limited progress history, and on-device data storage.
- Pro Subscription ($12.99/month or $104.99/year in the U.S. App Store): Unlimited Results Reviews and Execution Reviews, advanced analysis, full progress history, personalized drill recommendations, and enhanced coaching features.
Eligible new subscribers may receive a seven-day free trial. Prices, taxes, currencies, and introductory-offer eligibility may vary by country, App Store storefront, and Apple account. Apple displays the final applicable price and offer terms before purchase.
Subscriptions are billed and managed through the Apple App Store and can be canceled at any time through your Apple account settings.
4. AI Disclaimer, Safety Notice, and Competition Results
AI Stage Coach provides AI-generated insights for training assistance only. These analyses are not a substitute for professional firearms instruction, range safety procedures, or judgment.
Always follow all applicable laws and safety rules when handling firearms. You acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for your conduct and training practices when using the App.
AI Stage Coach does not guarantee any specific level of shooting proficiency, match performance, or competition results. The App's analysis and recommendations are informational only and are intended to help users track progress and identify areas for potential improvement. Use of the App does not establish that a user is a qualified or competent firearms handler.
You acknowledge and agree that any injuries, accidents, competitive outcomes, or other events arising from the use or misuse of the App are solely your responsibility. AI Stage Coach LLC, its employees, advisors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or claims connected to your participation in firearms activities or competitions.
You further acknowledge that firearms training involves inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for your use of the App and any decisions made based on its analysis.
5. User Accounts and Subscriptions
You may need an Apple ID to access certain features. Subscription fees are collected by Apple Inc. under its App Store Terms and Conditions. Refunds, renewals, and cancellations must be managed directly through your Apple account.
If you begin an eligible free trial, the subscription automatically converts to the selected paid plan at the price shown by Apple unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Auto-Renewal Notice (Apple Requirement): Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. Renewal charges will be billed to your Apple ID account.
6. User Content and Data Handling
The App may allow you to upload or store photos, videos, and training data. You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content, you grant AI Stage Coach LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely for providing App functionality.
Photos, videos, and analysis data are handled according to the permissions and consent settings described in the App and our Privacy Policy. Optional data sharing, when offered, is opt-in and may be revoked through the available privacy controls.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, process, and protect your information. The App is designed with on-device AI to minimize external data transfer.
8. Intellectual Property
All content and materials within the App—including design, graphics, code, and trademarks—are owned by AI Stage Coach LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without written permission.
9. Third-Party References and Content
AI Stage Coach LLC and the AI Stage Coach App are independent entities and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party organization, including but not limited to the United States Practical Shooting Association (USPSA), International Defensive Pistol Association (IDPA), or any other competition or training body.
References to third-party materials such as publicly available rulebooks, drills, or training concepts are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
All trademarks, copyrights, and content belonging to their respective owners remain their property. Use of such names or references within the App does not imply partnership, approval, or association.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful or unsafe firearm activity.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access restricted code.
- Share, sell, or redistribute the App or its analysis results commercially.
- Interfere with or disrupt App operation, security, or data integrity.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Stage Coach LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of AI output or suitability for any specific training purpose. No assurance of performance or accuracy is made regarding any training results, competitive standings, or safety outcomes. You use the App entirely at your own risk.
AI Stage Coach LLC makes no representation regarding the accuracy or completeness of any third-party materials or competition rule references.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Stage Coach LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or costs arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or misuse the App. Upon termination, rights granted under these Terms will immediately cease, and any outstanding subscription fees remain payable under Apple's terms.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court in Delaware. You waive the right to a jury trial.
15. Modifications to Terms
AI Stage Coach LLC may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted within the App and on our website. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Non-Transferability
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights hereunder without prior written consent from AI Stage Coach LLC.
