Our App is built with on-device AI to safeguard your privacy — target photos, videos, and training data remain on your phone unless you explicitly choose to share them. We do not sell your data.

  • Photos and Training Data: Images of targets and associated metrics processed locally on your device.
  • Account Information: Limited Apple ID subscription data (handled by Apple Inc.).

b. Automatically Collected Information

  • Device Diagnostics: Anonymous crash logs or performance data if you opt in through Apple's analytics settings.
  • App Usage Metrics: Basic anonymized statistics (e.g., number of sessions, feature use) to improve functionality.

We do not collect location, contact, or biometric data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use data solely to:

  • Enable AI-powered shot-group and accuracy analysis.
  • Display performance statistics and drill recommendations.
  • Maintain security and functionality of the App.
  • Improve AI models only when you voluntarily opt in to share anonymized data.

No user data is used for advertising or sold to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Processing

  • On-Device Processing: All image and performance data are analyzed locally using Apple Core ML.
  • Cloud Storage: None by default. Optional opt-in model-training uploads are encrypted and anonymized.
  • Data Retention: Data stays on your device until you delete the App or manually remove it.

If you share data for AI improvement, you may revoke consent anytime in Settings.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may disclose information only:

  1. When required by law, court order, or government request.
  2. To enforce our Terms of Service.
  3. To protect our rights, safety, or the safety of others.

We never sell, rent, or trade user data. Limited service providers (e.g., Apple's payment platform) operate under strict data-protection terms.

6. Your Privacy Choices

You can:

  • Decline optional analytics and data sharing.
  • Delete local data by uninstalling the App.
  • Revoke AI model-training consent in App Settings.
  • Request deletion of any voluntarily shared data by contacting [email protected].

7. Security

We employ industry-standard encryption and secure processing consistent with Apple's security frameworks. Data accessed for analysis never leaves the device unless you choose to share it.

Despite safeguards, no system is 100% secure — use the App responsibly and keep your device protected.

8. Children's Privacy

AI Stage Coach is not directed toward individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us immediately to remove it.

9. International Users

AI Stage Coach LLC operates under U.S. and Delaware law. If you access the App from outside the United States, you consent to processing under U.S. privacy standards.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will appear in the App and on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
